What we collect on this website
We operate a marketing and catalogue website. We do not run an e-commerce checkout, do not ask you to create an account, and do not store credit card or identity data on our servers. The only data we receive from your visit falls into three categories: (a) aggregated, cookieless analytics from Plausible (page views, referrer, device category) that contain no IP address and cannot be tied back to you individually; (b) a single functional cookie named abk_audience that remembers whether you chose to browse the retail (B2C) or wholesale (B2B) view — this is not tracking, and it expires after 180 days; (c) standard web server logs kept by our hosting provider (Vercel), which may include your IP address and user agent for security and operational purposes. We do not see or use these logs for marketing.
When you contact us
Our primary contact channel is WhatsApp. When you tap any "Inquire on WhatsApp" button, your browser opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message you can edit or discard. From that point onward, the conversation takes place on Meta's WhatsApp platform and is governed by Meta's Privacy Policy. We keep the messages you send us in WhatsApp Business history for as long as reasonably needed to serve you as a customer. You may also email us at ceo.abktrading@gmail.com; we keep those messages in Gmail under Google's privacy terms.
What we do with your information
We use the information you provide to reply to product inquiries, quote wholesale pricing, schedule installation appointments, and follow up on outstanding orders. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not run remarketing advertising campaigns based on your visits.
